SAFE SPACE FOR WOMEN
Amarilla Sailing Club is a supportive and inclusive sailing school. This season we are launching our Ladies Only Sailing Week. We aim to create a safe space for women passionate about sailing or dreaming of making their first steps in this discipline.
Many female sailors are frustrated of the heavely male dominated and highly competitive enviroment. Always being in a minority can be intimidating and discouraging for many looking to join in.
Our Women Only Sail & Yoga Retreat offers the perfect opportunity to meet other female sailors, share your experiences and make new friends!
Join us in one of the world’s top dinghy sailing destinations, coached by a team of professionals.
The daily yoga classes will help to calm your mind and prepare your body for sailing.

Joga jest idealnym uzupełnieniem treningu żeglarskiego. Zależnie od planu zajęć żeglarskich sesje jogi odbywać się będą rano na plaży niedaleko Twojego apartamentu lub o zachodzie słońca w Amarilla Sailing Club. Piękne widoki gwarantowane!

ABOUT TENERIFE
Tenerife is a diverse island with beautiful nature and great conditions for many sports like surfing, wind and kitesurfing, trekking, or mountain biking! If you want to try any of these let us know and we will help you organize it!
If you choose to prelong your stay and go sightseeing we recommend you renting a car and then going to see volcano Teide, Anaga Mountains with its beautiful wild beaches, Santa Cruz and La Laguna- lively cities in the north!
DINGHY SAILING
For 5 days you will join an intense dinghy sailing training. Everyday there will be some theory and then practice on the water.
Our coaches treat every participant individually, they will help you find your strongest and weakest points and make you progress in the latter. We aim our courses to not only help you become a better sailor but also give you lots of satisfaction and enjoyment.
Thanks to small groups the atmosphere is fun, relaxed and friendly. You will have a chance to meet like minded people who love the sea, nature and active life.
All our coaches are proffesionals with years of experience in sailing and pro- regatta coaching.
You will be sailing different dinghies- your coach will help you choose what’s best for you on a particular day.

Ocean’s temperature during the winter is 18 C, average air temperature is between 22-25 with mostly sunny days. We recommend you bring a wetsuit between 1-3 mm thick, sailing shoes, a hat and sunglasses. It is possible to rent a wetsuit and shoes in the club.
